The Next Level of Customer Experience

What’s new?

The new dealership (due to open in July), will be an enormous 200% bigger than our current premises and will be a more rewarding experience for customers in every aspect. In addition to stunning architecture and design, practical benefits also include a new tyre shop and paint & panel shop to offer customers a full package of on-site services.

Customers will also be able to enjoy more visitor parking spaces, an expanded and faster service experience, a wider selection of new and used vehicles to view, a range of EV charging units, on-site hospitality and an extended range of onward transport options.


New neighbourhood

The new location also offers customers a better shopping experience, being close to The Base shopping mall and other retailers. For customers who need to kill some time waiting for their vehicle to be serviced, they will offer shuttle rides to The Base or even lend out an e-bike or e-scooter!

With the development of the new express way in Hamilton, customers living in Cambridge (and other southern areas) will continue to have easy access to the new dealership and a wider range of options for getting back into town or on to their final destination.

What makes me most excited about moving to Te Rapa is the fact that we will have an amazing new space, designed to give our customers the best experience possible. Customer parking has always been a problem for us, so to have a lot more space for our visitors is a great plus.

We will also have a lot more transport solutions for our service customers which I think will be very well received. From courtesy shuttles, to electric courtesy cars, e-bikes, e-scooters and carshare, we will have a transport solution for every customer’s onward journey. We even have a Mobile Service Centre for those who would rather have our service team come to them!

It is a little bit sad to be leaving Hamilton East behind and we will miss all our neighbours. This has been home for the past 4 years and we have grown really attached to the area and the community. In saying that, we are looking forward to taking our dealership to the next level and can’t wait to share it with the world.

New Volkswagen Service Centre in Pukekohe

In April 2019 we opened the doors to our brand new Volkswagen Service Centre in Pukekohe.

We’re excited to now offer our Pukekohe customers full vehicle servicing right at their doorstep.

Just like our other service departments, our Pukekohe Service Centre technicians are all factory trained and use genuine Volkswagen parts. There is now no better place in Pukekohe to take your Volkswagen to be serviced.

IT Partners Moves to an Entire Volkswagen Fleet

Last week we had the pleasure of delivering one more vehicle to IT Partners which completed their Volkswagen fleet.


While we were there we asked IT Partners Director, Andrew Johnson, “What made you choose to transition to VW for your entire fleet range?”
